This course has been created to help you explore what anger is, where it comes from, its affect on relationship building and how you can develop anger management skills that will work toward improving yourself, your relationships, and your life.
Your Instructor
Heart Transformation is a biblical and relationship-based treatment therapy void of judgmentalism and performance expectations. It treats the heart and mind as opposed to a performance-based model that treats the brain and behavior.
It was created as an alternative to conventional treatment methods of behavior modification to improve the mental and emotional health and self image of individuals who have life and relationship struggles.
